How fast will I get a response?

Each personality sets their own response window, and you'll see it before you confirm your request. We'll keep you updated at every stage — from vetting to delivery.

What if a personality doesn't respond?

If a personality doesn't fulfil your request within their stated time, you won't be charged — or you'll get a full refund if you've already paid.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. Payments are handled by a secure, regulated payment provider, and U-Konnect never stores your full card details.

How much does it cost?
